A new generation of Jamaican creative talent
Founded in 2024 by twenty music, film and television professionals, CYJ delivers accredited, work-based training in the creative industries — filling the gap between poorer communities and commercial media, while tackling crime, poverty and social exclusion at the root.

Online Services & Courses — 2021/22
As part of our continued commitment to support and develop young people and creatives, CYJ delivers a range of one-to-one and group services online and in safe, socially-distanced environments. Every service provides a pathway into further education, employment or a creative experience — building direct dialogue with our engineers, mentors and staff.
